✦ Are your rings hypoallergenic?

Yes! All of our rings are made from 316L implant-grade surgical steel which is hypoallergenic and completely safe for sensitive skin and healed piercings. We do not use low-grade metals, nickel-heavy alloys or cheap plating. Your safety and comfort always come first 💗

✦ What material are your rings made of?

All of our jewelry is crafted from 316L surgical stainless steel the gold standard for body jewelry. This material is hypoallergenic, resistant to rust and tarnish, durable and long-lasting and safe for sensitive skin. Some pieces feature cubic zirconia crystals, freshwater pearls and coloured gemstone accents set in surgical steel settings.

✦ How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favourite pieces to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select your preferred shipping or pickup option and complete your payment. It is that easy 💗

✦ What are my delivery options in Jamaica?

We offer the following delivery options for Jamaican customers:
• Knutsford Express Courier — JMD 
• Local Bearer / Hand Delivery — FREE
• Free Pickup — Downtown Kingston
• Free Pickup — Clock Tower Plaza, Half Way Tree

✦ Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide 🌍 International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days depending on your country.

✦ How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

✦ Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. ✦ How do I care for my ring?

Clean your jewelry regularly with warm water and mild soap. Pat dry with a clean cloth. Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions or chlorine. Store in a clean dry place when not wearing.
